Far outside the land of Alleria lies a forest filled with great trees and even greater dangers. The Cursewood is the land of the exiled, the place where Allerians send those deemed too dangerous to live in their cities. This is where they struggle to survive. But the toughest lived on, creating villages and towns in the midst of the danger. The few places that the exiled can live safely. But when a boy from a thriving village discovers a journal entry from one of its founders, the force of dark magic begins to fight back. And it's more deadly than they ever imagined.
