Change rarely comes to Middleton, something Sebastian Cesario Granger knows all to well being one of those rare changes when he marries his wife, yet the moment he saw the sign for Bell, Book & Candle go up he knew change was happening again. There were certainly unexpected changes in the residents of the town who interacted with the shop owner and having a daughter who is studying at Hogwarts, Sebastian starts to suspect witchcraft. He also suspects the store owner may be the one to help him with a problem of his own.
