Lily Barlowe, a muggle-born witch, has her world turned upside-down one day as woman who called herself Professor McGonagall brings her an acceptance letter to Hogwarts. 
Lily is determined to prove herself to the wizarding world, and eventually discovers magizoology, and all of the magical creatures that begin take hold of her heart.
Unfortunately she also discovers an annoying rival by the name of Charlie Weasley, who infuriates her more than anything. As the years go by so does her growing annoyance for him, until one day something changes and she realizes he wasn't as dimwitted and irritating as she thought he was.
