14-year-old Wesley Adams is your normal recently-graduated eighth grader. He likes taking walks around town, hanging out with his twin Morgan, cheerleading and acrobatics, and helping anyone he sees in trouble.

His most recent neighborhood rescue turns Wesley and his family's lives upside-down with her otherworldly enemies and lack of "mortal" knowledge. Still, Wesley won't let his newfound friend, or her enemies, ruin his summer vacation.

I want to make it clear that the sibling relationships may seem unrealistic. However, my younger sibling and I actually get along! They're my favorite person! So I'm trying to emulate that energy throughout the story.

I'm posting the WIP here as I update it. Not polished, and I don't have a beta reader.

Something more than normal teenagers struggles. He had black hair that wasn't too long or too short but it was fluffy and pretty perfect. "Hey I'm Ian" He said reaching out his hand. "I'm Evan" I said taking his hand. Oh..I wouldn't know I've never been there." "Oh well then" he leaned over to look around my hair that was shielding my face. "We should go, If you want too that is." "Oh uh..." "They have really good cakes and stuff too. What do ya say?" "Evan" Ian started "I am going to kiss you" his words coming out with determination. Before I could stop him or even react I felt his soft, warm lips touch mine lightly. His scent becoming more dominate. His warmth surrounding me. Millions of tiny sparks running through my body. I'm not sure what came over me... Maybe I just wanted to revel in this new emotion... Maybe I've lost my my mind... But instead of pushing him away I closed my eyes welcoming him... Evan Pierce 15 years old lost her mom and was raised by her single dad who did everything he could for her. This cliche story isn't super action packed but does have a lot of love, confusion, and possibly hate? Come on this journey with them and find out.

They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. I am working on rewriting this story and when I do there will be the trigger warnings in the correct places.) (small teaser.) No one sees me. I am a ghost. I brush against the wooden fence. No one will believe it was me who disappeared into a fence and appeared on the other side of school. I stare at my brother. He made eye contact with me, confirming my suspicions. We both saw it.
