14-year-old Wesley Adams is your normal recently-graduated eighth grader. He likes taking walks around town, hanging out with his twin Morgan, cheerleading and acrobatics, and helping anyone he sees in trouble.

His most recent neighborhood rescue turns Wesley and his family's lives upside-down with her otherworldly enemies and lack of "mortal" knowledge. Still, Wesley won't let his newfound friend, or her enemies, ruin his summer vacation.

I want to make it clear that the sibling relationships may seem unrealistic. However, my younger sibling and I actually get along! They're my favorite person! So I'm trying to emulate that energy throughout the story.

I'm posting the WIP here as I update it. Not polished, and I don't have a beta reader.

If you have any suggestions, please let me know! This may be a "side project", but I truly hope to get it published someday, so any feedback helps!

(I am also rewriting this story, the book is completed but I will be editing every chapter as I'm not happy with my previous work, I wrote this as a teenager and I am now 26 years old, I believe I can improve on my old work and make this novel even better) It all starts with one terrible accident. Which then leads to a chain of bizarre and supernatural events that unravels the balance and causes chaos between the realms. The supernatural world is exploring to keenly into the human world, and earth may suffer the consequences of their curiosity. Quinton and Lucus have a typical brotherly rivalry, but do their problems run deeper than the normal family dramas every brother faces? There is a war going on between the light and the dark, but is there something else that could possibly tip the balance of the scales?
