In a world where Dick Grayson never became a hero but instead a villain. Renegade(nightwing) is the most feared villain in Central City. Will the new hero of the city (Wally West) be able to catch him? During this chase, little does the public know what's happened behind closed doors. The hero and villain are secretly together. Will they be able to stay together or put their jobs over each other?
