You and Chishiya were best friends since childhood, being by your side all throughout your journey of living with HLHS*. After reuniting to go see a music festival with one another, you two are instead interrupted, finding yourselves in a twisted version of your world.

* - HLHS is Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, a heart defect in which your left half of the heart is underdeveloped at birth (if sensitive please do not read, I have also intensely studied this defect before writing this story but please correct me if I do something wrong)
