Vianna Hertzfeil, a fifteen year-old girl, lives in the year 3036 and is kicked out of school and is forced to join the army! The army protects the walls of the new capital state, California, from the mutants created by their own scientists on accident while trying to make a serum that would enhance the human body to do super-hero like things. Vianna and a few others were one of the lucky volunteers who had survived the experiment, thus returning to normal life.
