In a world full of quirks, super powers that have no limit on what is capable however not everyone is so lucky, villainous, monsterous, some don't get one at all.
This story is about how two people, ridicule by the world for their quirklessness and monsterous quirks and join forces to create a duo who rise above those who berated them and showed the world, they were here.
