Myrica is working as a doctor in a mental facility called "Oculi"
( MFO for short )
which is not only keeping "normal" psychos captive and curing them
but also mainly having pychos with powers.

People with powers or any other anomalies have suddenly appeared in the 20th century.
Nobody really knows where they're from and how that happend
but the government has decided that those kind of people pose a threat to humanity so they concluded to hunt them all down, capture them and making sure whether these people don't mean any harm to humankind or they have to be hidden away behind bars to keep humanity safe.

Having worked there for quite some time, Myrica can't help but wonder:
"Is the government really doing the right thing?"
