The story takes place in an alternate reality where Adora is the evil Horde Captain trying to subordinate Etheria at all costs. The original scenario turns upside down as She-Ra, the legendary princess of power, who was supposed to save Etheria, is about to become its greatest enemy. What will happen when someone who has all the power to destroy the world, actually uses it to do so? Will resistance be of any use?

For her first mission, the young Force Captain Adora is incharged of conquering a village supposely inhabited by dangerous rebells. During the battle, she's injured and is left behind by the Horde army. Adora gets rescued by two rebells: princess Glimmer and her best friend, Bow. Despite Bow's better judgement, Glimmer tries to makes Adora understand that the Horde is evil. In the night, the girl sneaks away and gets lost in the Whispering Woods, where she finds a mysterious sword. (This a She-ra rewrite.
