I was diagnosed with autism at the age of seventeen after years of waiting for an assessment. After receiving the confirmation that I do indeed have autism, I was in denial. How could I have autism? Yes, I may avoid eye contact, hyper fixate on certain things, and have high sensitivity to light and noise, but that doesn't mean it's autism...? I also have ADHD. The best duo ever :) 
Anyways, autism has fucked with my life in several ways. In each chapter, I will discuss each aspect of my AUTISM and how it has affected my life and other people (hmmm). 

I suggest that you read this story even if you are neurotypical because otherwise you hate disabled people. How dare you.
