It was a dream come true. A bunch of fresh-out-of-college childhood friends and some of their new friends live in an apartment together. They laugh, have dinner together, and watch movies on Friday nights. It's a great time. What could go wrong?
Cassie is laid off from her previous job and is *struggling* to find a new one. The rent falls behind. Insistent she'll figure it all out on her own, Cassie throws herself into keeping the falling rent a secret from the rest of her housemates.
With problems of their own, she doesn't want to bother them with it, not yet.
