Caleb, Daniel, and Andrew have to do everything they can to fight for survival and find a way to defeat the monster or else it could cost them their lives. Caleb and Andrew are the kind of people that like to play things safe and have a plan before charging into dangerous situations whereas Daniel's motto is "Shoot first. Ask questions later." Daniel loves the rush that he gets when he puts himself in dangerous situations, but he soon realizes that he needs to start thinking about the consequences that will come from the decisions he makes. Will they survive? Will they be able to go back to living a normal life in a utopia? Or will they have to spend the rest of their lives facing danger and fighting for survival?
