Dabi was getting yelled at by Shigaraki for something that was barely his fault and in the heat of the moment calls Shigaraki the biggest manchild on earth. Kurogiri finds out and has to explain to the league that Shigaraki is in fact not 27 like that little gremlin told them and that he has an incredible fear of failure for certain reasons. Kurogiri also has to explain the full backstory of Shigaraki to them. After that they start observing Shiggy more. Let's jut say that the league is less than amused.
