Solace; such a word was unheard of to the anxious, conniving seeker. On a good day, Starscream was lucky to escape Megatron's wrath for a few moments. But the chance of a lifetime was at his fingertips, and even he couldn't put pride above a desperate will to live. After all, who wouldn't accept the offer of a safe haven, of pure, unrequited acceptance?

Lord Megatron has always found Starscream to be more trouble than he was worth, but when the idea of gaining more of the rare Seeker breed is placed in his processor, the warlord decides he may as well learn how to take care of his new pet. After the failed attempt at obtaining the All Spark and the fall of Megatron, Barricade is having second thoughts on being part of Starscream's revenge plot. Unfortunately, insubordination does not end well for most Decepticons. Beaten, bleeding out and nearly in statis, Barricade accepts the fact that he might die in a junkyard. Dorothy Haven didn't know if her chief hated her or seemed to think she would want to give up her old police cruiser for a new one. A transformers prime fanfic (Knockout x Breakdown) Cascade has grown older, but he still has a lot to learn. No larger than Breakdown's pede, he has a ton of growing to do. He loves to explore the Nemesis and annoy others, which constantly gets him into trouble. Starscream (who he has now deemed 'Uncle Screamy') gets highly annoyed every time he sees him. Megatron tolerates him, even teaching him how to break a mech's wrist in one move and how to dislocate a knee joint. Knockout doesn't approve of course, but Breakdown thinks it's good for him to learn. ---- As Cascade grows older, however, his curiosity grows with him. He wants to explore the world at his own pace without having Knockout or Breakdown constantly watching him. But when he stumbles upon something from his parents' past, questions start to burn in his processor.
