Lance fell onto his bed thinking about what had just happened and he couldn't believe it. He actually confessed to his rival. It wasn't meant to happen, in fact, he never dreamed of it going this well. He lay on his bed thinking, "Hmm... What's a reasonable way I could go back in time without just thinking about it?" And then it hit him! "Oh obviously! I'll write a book about it so I can read it to everyone who asks how he and I got together." He smiled to himself before adding, "You are one handsome and smart guy Lance." And so he began writing in a notebook that was conveniently placed right next to him.

After the war ended and peace was brought to all the universe. It had been years since the end of a war filled past and now it was time for everyone to finally move on all except for one paladin who still clung to his past. Lance had been spreading the legacy Allura left behind when she passed and never had a day passed where he didn't miss her, but a dream reveals he needs to move on and live his life. Unsure of what to do he remembers when a certain moody mullet head confessed his love the same night he confessed his love for Allura. Determined to see whether those sparks still glimmered for him he decides to speak with Keith about a past left untouched. When the anniversary of Allura's passing came around he decided that was the best time to reconnect but who would've thought that the stars refused to align when Keith was found injured and unconscious with a beautiful stranger by his side. Will Lance ever find out if Keith still fancies him like before? Why was Keith injured and who is this stranger who won't leave his side? (I know this fandom is long gone but I rewatched Voltron several weeks ago before they removed it off Netflix. I forgot how much I loved it and how we were deprived of Keith and Lance ever being together so I decided to create this story. **First Klance fic Lance and Keith were always neck and neck and rivals. They rarely spoke to each other and only knew things about each other that they told the whole team, Shiro, Pidge, Hunk, Coran and Allura. They were always off doing their own things and never did things together unless it was for a mission. On such a mission the team got split up. Hunk and Pidge went to a different planet to help people, and so did Coran and Allura. Shiro, Keith and Lance go on another mission to a planet where no one lives. They need to find a special living plant on the planet to make the Cryogenic Pods work properly again. Shiro choose the two boys because they always fought, but he hopes they won't now.
