Bakugo used his quirk to much and he can't feel warm or hot anymore. Hes really cold and who's new in this class deku notices.. Izuku Midoriya is a normal kid who just transfered. Yet, he's a very attentive kid.
Bakugo really doesn't like people other than himself, they're selfish and only cares about themselves so what's wrong with him doing the same? Either its family or even strangers, they only want his dear success.
