Izuku only learned at Five years old that he was an omega. On the other hand, bakugo found out he was an alpha. Quick enough the school had rumors about izuku being a male omega.
Male omega that are able to have babies are rare. Male omega's are rare in general, actually. Bakugo and... actually the entire class also ended up learning about their quirks. Bakugo had a powerful explosion quirk, his palm's sweat is basically nitroglycerin. He just had to show everybody without exception just how strong he was. He and his 'friends' quickly learned how to control their alpha voice
