This is my AU that I dot. I don't have a name for it yet. So I'm giving it the placeholder name of the butterfly effect AU. This is an AU with a slightly planned out timeline of events. The cast is massive, with the beginning having 4 teams take up the main cast at the start of the story. Instead of 2 like in the show. The teams being RWBY, JNPR, CFVY, and CMSN. CMSN being Cinder Fall, Mercury Black, Emerald Sustrai, and Neopolitan, who's stories went slightly differently. Ending up with them coming to beacon legitimately and to become huntresses and huntsmen. This project is kinda massive. But I can hope to finish it and to write it well. The year this story takes place in is 2022. In an AU where the Fall of Beacon never happened and the students were able to continue their time normally at Beacon and Summer wasn't dead, Team RWBY is kicked out of Beacon in their third year. After a bit of a ghost encounter and a small increase in ghost sightings across Vale, they decide to do what others won't. Fight the ghosts with tech from Atlas. They form the Ghostbusters and during their time as Ghostbusters, they start to uncover a plot from the once seen as only a myth Salem to destroy the world. So, when the queen of Grimm threatens to destroy the world and all other lines of defense won't do anything especially with Easter on the way, who ya gonna call?
