The world of pokemon is no longer a happy place. Team Plasma has now taken over and created a whole new world. Instead of a bunch of beautiful cities there are 18 districts. Instead of journeys there is forceful training and labour. Instead of the champion's league there are the Pokegames...
The Pokegames, the brutal competition where 18 tributes must fight along side their pokemon. If you win: Luxury and riches will be showered upon you. If you lose: Certain death.
Now Nema is being thrown head first into the games and the chances of her victory are at an all time low; but soon she discovers the truth. There is another type of pokemon that has been hidden from the world. So if Team Plasma are concealing this, what else are they hiding? Nema must find out, before her time up...

Legal stuff: I do not own The Hunger Games franchise or the Pokemon franchise. I do not own any of the pokemon in the story either however I do own some of the characters and the plot itself is based on a game I played with a friend of mine :)

Please don't read this, I wrote it in middle school and it's really bad. I just don't want to delete it because some people might get mad at me ;-; Maybe someday I will rewrite it. There once was a prince, who fell in love with a girl. But she wasn't a princess. She was the hand maiden of a nobleman's daughter, who had eyes for the young prince. The prince and girl fell in love, but couldn't be together, for the nobleman's daughter grew jealous when she found out, and ordered them to be killed. This story was called "The Lover's Curse." As it passed down, generation through generation, it became known as only a legend, a myth.
