He rejects God, and his guardian angel, but soon realizes he made the wrong choice. Rejecting the angel's protection, his soul falls into the gapes of hell. He feels empty, longing for what he himself discarded. To his dismay, he soon falls in love with a human woman. He has three choices. He can turn her, kill her, or let her go. After raping her, and almost killing her because of his uncontrollable bloodlust, he chooses the latter. He watches her from a far, only to protrect her if need be.
