What happens when you find out that your life was pretty much under the control and influence of a mysterious dark force with the intent of always keeping you from knowing your true potential, true power, and true Royalty status?

Cosmic Speed City introduces Starspeed the Cosmic Speed City Xoulerion; who is a up and coming author as his day job as C.J. Stories writing for his company Cosmio Book Publications. Winning several writing competitions with monetary prize rewards and the possible chance at movie, television, and video game adaptation of his works, Chris is shocked to find an updated Black Prism gaming console called the Star-Xo Console. With an unknown enemy infiltrating different homes with this new console, Chris notices the stranges occurrences. First a cosmic tidal wave knocks down one of the 9 Spheres Skyscrapers in broad daylight and then the weird cosmic themed aerial threatening messages directed at him. Next a group of mysterious girls who he believes are Night Cosmic Dark Pyeriaxians begin to target him during his missions as Starspeed. With one eerily resembling Shine Ruby with a very dark aura; and a powerful upgraded version of Destructon running amuck through the state of Meragia; will Starspeed be able to balance his day life and his superhero life to keep his city safe? Or, will a dark twisted Zoulexion with dark cosmic Speed powers put an end to his Starspeed hero days for good?
