collette derose-o'connor has one job. keep the timeline in order by any means deemed necessary. staying actively apart of a set point in time is not something she is accommodated to. therefore, she is unsure on how to act once she realized she was going to be stuck in the 70's for 3 years MINIMUM. in doing so she does the thing she has warned herself against since the very day she beginning. do not create platonic or romantic relationships in a set timeline that you will not be able to return to.
now she finds herself wanting a life with her new found friends even if that means getting thrown into a war unlike no others she has faced. maybe she'll even get her happy ending with the one she was supposed to destine to someone else. but this is no happy ending.
unless. it is a happy ending just with misunderstanding middles. or maybe it's just a horrible beginning.
