This came to me in a dream, unironically... so I decided to make a little story around it.
The story takes place 100 years forwards in the future, in a time where the world has been flooded up by about 1600 meters. You see the way the world is through the eyes of a young girl who is the daughter of a Holy Priestess - a water "Goddess". How does life go on? Where does it take her? Who knows.

That dream... it felt like I was there with the voice beneath the water. For the first time in my life, I felt...at peace. " Baylea has survived for over two decades living in the trees far above the water's reach with other women in hiding. The days pass quickly, but the excruciatingly long nights become even harder when the tides are at their highest and the air grows cold and thin. I looked at the books that hung off the branches, they were shaped like petals, making sure they were hidden. But who hid them is the question. They had names, and numbers, "What's it say?" I asked Lisa, as she grabbed one from the tree, "It says safety pin?" I looked at her, "Read the rest." We took each one down, and read them. I read the spot that was missing, "Dear my Dreamer? But where is it?" I asked, and Lisa shrugged. We looked for the missing book, but no luck. "Hey baby, this one is writing itself!?"
