Adrienne's world got flipped like a punk rock mosh pit when that epic anthem "The last of the American girls!" took over the airwaves." Suddenly, she's gone from moshing in the pit with her crew to being the center of attention. The paparazzi won't stop flashing their cameras in her face, the gossip rags are trying to turn her into a punk rock royalty, It's like she's the star of the latest must-watch video on MTV! Everyone wants a piece of her, from the die-hard Green Day fans to the casual music lovers who just can't get enough of her drama.
But Adrienne's not about to let fame go to her head. She's determined to stay true to herself, no matter what the tabloids say. It's time for her to take control of her own story and set the record straight once and for all!
Adrienne:
I never asked to be a freaking punk rock superstar! All I did was date (and dump) Billie Joe Armstrong. Yep, the same Billie Joe who wrote "Last of the American girls" and launched Green Day into stardom, all while stealing my sweet, sweet anonymity. Now I'm being pawed by fans, followed by reporters, and labeled a heartless punk rock heartbreaker. And Billie Joe won't stop calling me! Dude, can't you see I'm over it?
Billie Joe Armstrong:
With a hit single and a killer career on the rise, you'd think I'd be on top of the world. People on the street are starting to recognize me, which is totally rad. But it's also kind of scary. The band is counting on me to write another hit, but I can't stop thinking about Adrienne. Why won't she answer my calls or texts? I guess there's only one thing left to do: write a punk rock ballad and win her back!
