Lord Denki places Izuku on the ground, holding the omega in place. He waves at the blond. "I told you I'm not lying, you ass!"

The blond skids to a stop in front of them, towering over Izuku like some kind of giant. Thick caramel pheromones washed over him, heavy with grief and despair. It's so suffocating and heavy that it feels like a punch to the gut.

"Deku." The stranger whispered, touching Izuku's cheek.

The word sent chills down Izuku's spine.

/My dream.../

The blond took a shaky breath, running his fingers across Izuku's skin. The freckled omega flinched at the gentle touch, hating how that simple touch sent shivers down his spine. Everything felt warm and damn-near electrifying.

Then he spoke in a hushed whisper. "You're as beautiful as the day I lost you."

Izuku Midoriya lives his entire life as a mortal stuck in the middle of a war between gods. He's the adopted son of a family of innkeepers with no personal magic whatsoever. He's nothing special about him and that's perfectly fine.
