The year is 2081, In 2056 an atomic war raged and the radiation affected people in strange ways. The radiation affected some people's atoms down to the very core. They could create a special gas from their pores and release a certain energy that reacted with it to make? a spurt of fire. But the Leech... Could adapt. The Leech could steal the atomic DNA of another Radit-people with these "powers"- and copy them into their own atomic DNA. Strangely, the country isn't destroyed. The radiation comes all the way from Russia. Where in Russia? Who can say. But with what's going on here- things in Russia must have gone to hell.
