Home, far from home. What even is home? Are you my home? Amarah Khalil, has dreamt for freedom from the life of suppression that she has to face back in her house in Pakistan, from the religious and the societal pressures that have been placed on her; however, her dreams slowly dwell and shape into reality when she gets an acceptance into her dream university in the United States of America, which feels like a dream to her. After much convincing and agitation, she finally gets a chance to explore and look beyond the walls which have been precedented for her. Is love an option? Is trans-atlantic love even allowed for her? What if something happens that leads to two hearts joining together, when they should not be, is breaking away even an option?
Fayez Hameed, a Pakistani immigrant, the star of his parents' eyes and someone every girl has a crush on, the tall, dark and handsome guy of their dreams. Detached from reality, living in his own bubble to think that everything would go his way. However, a sharp turn of events take place when his perception of 'reality' is altered and things do not go the way that he wants them to be. Fayez and Amarah, follow their journey to getting close to their culture, love for what matters, negating materialistic items and potentially identifying what they yearn for.
