Y/N was the son of the great sage equal to heaven, well the adopted son at least. He always had a fascination with the main land as he was never allowed off the island he grew up on. When Y/N meets his fathers successor his life seems to flip upside down, moving to the main land, breaking his fathers rules even fighting demons all before where a fantasy to him and now he was living it. Everything was perfect, nothing could possibly go wrong, right? _____________________________________________________________ A spin off of my book The younger brother, a what if Monkey King decided to keep Y/N instead of leaving him with Pigsy. How different would Y/N's life be growing up and embracing his powers instead of them being sealed away. Got the idea from a comment on the book. MK and Y/N will still have a sibling dynamic, if you guys want a ship in this let me know. My main focus is still the younger brother I just couldn't get this idea out of my head so this will be a side project I update when I have time and motivation. Hope you enjoy!

[LMK x F!Reader] [6k - 22k word chapters] Your dad wanted help at the noodle shop, sure you love him to bits and pieces but you simply don't have the time of day to be doing things like this. He offered to pay you as much as he could for your help, but seeing as it was well under what you normally earned at your current job, you had to reluctantly deny his offers. Besides, you live halfway across the city and you have training with your mentor, this isn't something you couldn't just throw away with ease. Upon the third call though, you finally folded, as the desperation in your fathers voice was evident and you were tired of being, what you'd like to call, a shitty daughter. So, you told your mentor about your knew schedule, to which he was more than happy to adjust his schedule as well, he seemed more than happy oddly enough. Though you felt off about leaving him to take care of your pets, you had no one else to trust, so you just left him with them. With that, you packed a good few amounts of clothes, started up your car and then you were off. Still, there was an ever growing worry developing in your stomach as you drove further and further away from your home. Was this really the best idea?
