This is a SonExe/Sonic x Sonic.exe story.
(this story is a very slow burn, remember that please, the love between Sonic and Exe will start as nothing and build over time.)

Sonic.exe will (at least try to) build friendships with the other characters as well.

This takes place in the Sonic movie universe.
This story is from Exe's point of view.
This Exe is named Xenoerates.

This story is written in American English so some slang may be a bit weird when you read it.

The chapters are about 1,000 words each.
The story is kind of a slow read.
The chapters are being polished and edited as I make more.

(You don't need to read all the rest of this to enjoy the story, it's just some lore and world building)

Here is some explanation:

Gods in this story are technically immortal; meaning they will die due to:
-Wounds
-Not drinking
-Not eating
(they can eat metaphysical things like thoughts, feelings, and memories to survive)
They can revive if they die (takes a bit, so they avoid it)

Prayers are like quests in video games; they make you more powerful if you choose to complete them. Prayers go to the closest god unless it is a specialized task or for a specific god. (For example: if you say "Christian God" that is specified, but if you say "God" that is not.)

This version of Sonic.exe is nicer but very power-hungry.
Sonic.exe is not a known god so they don't have any of their own prayers to complete.
