Mayday Sweets had been in Talia's family for almost 50 years. In fact she considered it her home, she always spent dusk till dawn in the little bakery on Elm street for as long as she could remember.
It was the end of her senior year of high school and she knew her plans from the day she started freshman year. Manage the bakery with her father and help him keep the family business thriving. This all changed one early summer afternoon when a tall blonde haired boy stepped into the bakery dragging a skinny, make-up caked brunette behind him as she complained about sweets ,and he locked eyes with Talia over the counter.
