Recently ever since Bakugo has noticed Midoriya's change in strength, he's also noticed a change in his view of him. Thoughts that shouldn't have begun to pop up into Bakugo's mind. The closer the two get, the more he recognizes what's dwelling within his mind. He decides to let it be for now, push it down and refuse to acknowledge any hint of something tedious. Even Midoriya wouldn't think of something like this, so why now? Why after all that Bakugo has said and done is he feeling something like this. I wonder if he'll ever be able to speak his mind, all of it, not just the blunt bits.
