We Are Valorant

Set in, and inspired by, the dystopian backdrop of the video game Valorant, the world is in the throes of a multi-universal war between The Duality and The VALORANT over the universe-altering resource Radianite.
What should have been a routine mission to spike part of Paris and retrieve its growing Radianite supply saw Silas and Strife stranded on Alpha when the VALORANT drove them back out of the city far enough that neither male was on the ascending island. Successfully escaping the VALORANT in the aftermath of the Ascent, he turned on his responder just in time to hear Vasher's desperate cries, pleading with Phoenix to attempt to retrieve Silas. But he watched as the mecha chopper whisked Phoenix and Tera back to the safety of Omega. Now abandoned in enemy territory, Silas used his training to blend with the city's inhabitants. His only hope lay in Strife, who had been equipped with a multiversal flare capable of signaling for help inner dimensionally. When a stealth reconnaissance mission reveals not only that Silas' only hope of returning home lies in enemy hands but that the VALORANT are building a machine capable of closing the interdimensional hole for good, will Silas manage to free Strife in time to find his way home?
