I lost consciousness momentarily and then saw a woman with her back to me, holding a letter and a blade.
She conversed with a man whose face was obscured by a black scarf. Abruptly, she disappeared, and he approached, laughing cruelly.
This was unprecedented-no one in my visions had ever acknowledged me. I stood precariously on a cliff's edge, paralyzed with fear. As he advanced, I stumbled, my skirt catching.
