Jason that was Red Hood while he tried taking down some Child-Traficers was hit whit one of these werid spells of an meter-human quikly turned from red hood into some 15 year old Child.

Of course when a Robin that ends up infront of Nightwing telling him th at a few people that he knew back then from the circus where in Danger it wasnt hard to get behind the point.
