A wasteland of nothing but ice and snow. Yet somewhere amongst the blizzards is a city protected from the harsh cold. Storms rage and walls of wind stand strong. Decarabian is proud for he has protected his people, but his people seem to have a different view on the situation.

A young bard, whose only wish is to see the sky and the birds soaring in the clouds, is one day met with an unusual audience. A new friend is made and together they make strong allies as they formulate their plan to free the people of the city and see the true sky.

What fate is to befall this young hero? And what of his small friend? Their mission is a dangerous one and surely can not go without some... Unwanted outcomes.
