After the war, Japan was left in pieces. Endeavour was no longer the beloved number one, and even Hawks' rating went down.

After the war, the classes of the Hero schools were left to pick themselves up, piece by piece. The Commission didn't care about their mental health that much. After all, they had broken down Hawks. Why would they care about nearly hundreds of kids?

Luckily, Nezu, despite what humans had done to him, has the common sense that the Commission didn't. He hired more councillors and said that each of his students had to go through it.

But therapy isn't enough for Shoto.

A certain boy, however, was.
