basically the title A girl name Za'Kari is the unseen hashira since she went into hiding when she was pregnant she meets Tanjiro who now wears the sun hashira Yoriichi hanafuda. Once seeing them she realized that she cannot stay in hiding but she also realized she has to kill again she also go by the name the the demon within the demon corps for she killed as many demons than other hashiras in any era.

After checking Nezuko's injuries, the three return to the household where Sakura and Tanjiro bury the family's corpses before heading off. But Nezuko is not herself anymore as she starts to turn into a bloodthirsty rampaging demon on the back of her loving brother and threatens to attack, Sakura turns to the only thing she knows best, protecting those she holds close.
