Jessica Kirk was the younger sister to James T. Kirk. A genius in her own right, as well an an empath. She flourished at the academy and when Vulcan was under attack, assigned to none other than the USS Enterprise.

The Enterprise is destroyed, and the crew gets stranded on an unknown planet, which is the planet that the evil mastermind, Krall, calls home. Krall insists that Captain Kirk returns the stolen device that Kirk had taken to restore peace with another race, but Kirk thinks otherwise. He still needed it. Krall takes the whole crew, leaving Kirk, Krystine, Spock, Bones, Chekov, and Scotty stranded and needing to find them and figure out how to get off the planet. Will the six of them be able to do it? Or will Krall get in their way?
