Clara and Olegario asked me to give journalling a try. Ole said it was a proactive approach to getting rid of some trauma they think I may have developed from you know, the 'incident'.
After a while of coerced therapy, I gave up on trying to convince them I was alright and agreed to write stuff down so they would leave me be.
It's not like anybody would be reading this anytime soon so why the fuck not?
