Confidence ( The Secret Of Self-Confidence)
17 Kapitel Laufend When people hear the word confidence, their minds often rush to images of charisma, power, and unshakable self-belief. The confident man is the one who enters a room and commands it. The confident woman is the one who never doubts, never stumbles, and never fears. But this image, though celebrated by the world, is far from the confidence that Scripture, history, and truth reveal.
The world teaches us that confidence is a product of self-self-assurance, self-reliance, and self-esteem. Yet the Bible turns this idea upside down. True confidence is not self-made; it is God-given. It is born out of humility or faith, strengthened by knowledge, and expressed in courage.
The way of confidence is the way of Christ. He, the Son of God, humbled Himself to the point of death (Philippians 2:8). Yet He also walked with boldness, speaking truth before rulers and laying down His life without fear. In Him, we find both humility and boldness perfectly married.
So I invite you on this journey. Not to learn how to project false boldness, but to walk the ancient path of true confidence-a confidence that begins in dust and ends in glory.
