Bryant Dodger lives in a semi rural town called Adelph with his mother.
A humble teen, aspiring artist, is graduating from highschool and looking forward to a great summer time with his childhood friend, Shelby Sinner.
His father, recently fired from the local police force for a reason noone outside the police knows, appears in town after 3 months away and no contact with his family.
His return quickly takes a suspicious turn when he tells Bryant the reasons he got fired and takes him to meet some off-the-grid family, deep in the forests of Adelph.
Bryant quickly finds his self in the midst of some old mystery, inbetween his ex-cop father, a group of suspicious people and Shelby's cop family, along with a new friend he makes along the way.

Except when she arrives, the murders start. In a campus hidden from civilisation in the mountains of Colorado, Haley's classmates are slowly turning up dead. As the bodies pile up and eyes of suspicion turn on her, Haley finds that there's a reason why she was brought to Woodcreek. And it wasn't to study.
