The Cruel World is the story of a young man who believes in Paranormal Activities. Due to his curiosity, he decided to travel to the most famous forest in Japan-The suicide forest. Soon after another, he discovered a book with four chapters detailing the lives of various people. What he witnessed surprised him, containing individual who were all disqualified as human beings. Upon reading the living of dread and panic towards humans; it made Emil execute on what he was missing in life. The treatments of different beliefs of humans and the unthinkable actions they would do. The story also pertains a scenario of witchcrafts which is also the fundamental of the story.

To know the essence of Despair and Hatred, and to triumph over the world of greediness-realizing how the world functions and the insensitivity it brings upon different individual. It has always come to my mind. How do humans cope with their own kind? We steal, we kill and we dominate. Realizing all of these, humanity has begun to crumble and face its true form-Imagination was the only way I could escape the grief and grudge I hold towards this world.
