Razor is gone. A new vigilante is making rounds, hell-bent on finding the hybrid Melon. Louis has given up the mantle of Adler and now leads the Shishigumi once again, grappling for control over the Drusk. Making his efforts harder is the new district attorney, who is determined to put an end to the organized crime in the city. Life continues and new shadows start to fill in the gaps.
