Betrayal of a Hero - an Ash betrayed story

Ash Ketchum returns home with Pikachu and the Commander from Galar after being the runner up in the Masters 8 of the World Coronation series. There, Ash will be confronted by his former traveling companions and rivals to give up on his dreams. Despite being betrayed by many of them, Ash's remaining friends and rivals stand up for him. He decides to travel to Alola with those he trusts and loves to train, so he can prove the traitors wrong, and achieve his dream to become a Pokemon Master.

Any other one off O/Cs I introduce also belong to me. This story is also not a part of the anime. All I own are the story and plot.
