Steves sister, and has been in love with Bucky since she met him. He only realizes he loves her when he goes away to war and gets a ton of her letters, so kinda only pining in the beginning. Only have real plans for the first movie. Might post a little one shot book of the time between this one and the winter solider cuz I don't wanna write a whole book about that.
