This is a story about life, finding oneself in unfamiliar territory, losing those we love, staying together with those we love, growing up, hardship, and above all else, finding a way through. Stay strong, dear reader, there may be rough water ahead. **** It is important to note that there is disturbing content in this story. I am not a woman, and I do not presume to know all the hardships a woman may face. I do not intend this story to take away from real stories, nor do I intend to make myself seem somehow righteous in telling of the hardships of others, even in a fictional sense. I only wish to acknowledge the cruelty in this world, and the reality of the suffering of those who suffer, who are hurt, who are victims.Lengkap
A Guardian
"The world around her swam with mottled light. How long had she been fighting?" So...in sixth grade we took this computer-skills class. Our final test was to write a short story in Microsoft Word. My story ended up fleshing out into the trilogy I am working on and planning to publish at somepoint in my life, but I realized how incredible my writing skill has improved between just the two or three years. So, I decided to re-write the original sequence of a short story, same plot and characters, just with current skill. Comments and feedback are appreciated, please enjoy!Lengkap
