In the far future of the 42nd Millennium there is only war. Countless souls are lost upon the stars, never to be discovered by traveling ships, and warbands. The galaxy is ruled by two halves, the corpse of an Emperor, and the 4 gods of chaos. Abandoned by her father, Promachos fights Chaos alone, as she and her people have for millennia. Flung from home by chaos, as her brothers were. She was left to forge her own path. And so she has. Ruthless and cunning, using nature and the environment to her advantage, she has held the line. Protecting her home planet of Ellas from Chaos. With Guilliman and Bellsarius Cawl making advancements, now is the time for Promachos to be united with her family.

The God Who Hates: The Last Heresy"
For ten thousand years, the Emperor of Mankind has sat upon the Golden Throne, a silent corpse-god worshipped by a galaxy-spanning Imperium built in His name. He never wanted their faith. Incident at Facility IX
A story set in the Warhammer 40k universe that I entered into the recent Black Library submissions window. A Planetary Defense Force squad led by a former Imperial Guard trooper are sent on a mission to a seemingly innocuous facility in the vast forests of their home world. Before long, the true nature of the situation at Facility IX becomes clear, and the squad are in a fight for their lives against a terrifying and insidious enemy.
