A young teenage girl ends up falling into a story book at her local library. It's dark and cold and.. snowing in June. Weird but she's rolling with it. Unfortunately the only shelter near her is this dark scary looking castle that seems to have been abandoned. She takes shelter inside only to come and find out that it's actually not abandoned and is occupied by a.. man beast? She is taken prisoner by the beast and has to find a way out of this castle and back to the real world. She family needs her more than ever and she's willing to sacrifice anything to get back to them. Including becoming friends with this beast man.

This is a clean romance. All I wanted from tonight was to sneak out of the ball to read in the castle's grand library and suddenly the prince is guiding me to safety even though he's the one they're after. In the morning we find out that the Light of the Realms was stolen and the castle is on lock down. All the guests from the ball must be tested to see who committed the crime and to top it off the Light of the Realms was what kept this kingdom safe and without it armies are moving in. Will we find the Light of the Realms before it is to late? Will the prince be ready to lead this kingdom into war if he has to? This is a sweet middle grade/ young adult romance.
