As the world is controlled by Mega corporations such as Arasaka and Militech,many innocents have suffer due to the corpo's selfish act in order to gain high income. Some people tried to fight back , while some of them succeed, the others are not so fortunate. Their act of selfishness cause a burning passion of retribution in people that goes by 'Legends' as most of them fight their way to overcome the corpo grasp on their life and others.

Has been made illegal the only androids are command droids which function under certain rules and are not considered alive. The world is in a state of world peace but also mass chaos, the only things that matter in this future world are sex and money. Their us an elite force formally known as the FBI now known as UFD. The higher levels of the cities are for the wealthy the lower levels are for the poor. Mass chaos and violence run rampant in the lower levels the UFD try to maintain the peace but with so much going things tend to slip through. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized. The company known as CT is the for front of cyber innovations with the exception of privately funded military contracts......
